Server Management Services

Data is everything. The servers that house and protect that data are the heart of any computer infrastructure. Our senior technical team can provide monitoring, maintenance and the assistance to ensure you are fully utilizing your servers. Often we find client servers are overtaxed or under utilized. We manage Mac servers that sit within larger windows server groups. We can help integrate PCs and Macs into Active Directory.

Mobile Device Management (MDM) Services

Many businesses are discovering the power of MDM to secure, support and control their computers and devices wherever they maybe. We work with various MDM software such as JAMF Casper Suite, VM Airwatch, Apple Profile Manager, and others. We can advise, install and manage any aspect of an MDM implementation. Apple’s DEP & VPP allows Mac & iOS devices to automatically configure out of the box with everything users need regardless of their location.

Hardware Repair and Reconditioning

We can facilitate Apple warranty repairs, and out of warranty repairs on Macs, iPads and iPhones. We have on staff an Apple Certified Technician with 20+ years of certification and experience.

Network Infrastructure

The biggest complaint we hear from new customers is their wireless network is lousy at best. Often we find a network poorly installed with no consideration of user needs, the physical layout of the office or home, competing wireless networks around you or security issues. We have the tools and expertise to analyze and resolve these issues.
